Response to Number One Auto: My review remains the same. Your response appears cursory and did not address key issues of professional courtesy that included: Payment for breakdown and storage: My son had his own card. He was not providing my credit card. I had to leave my job to go to your office to pay resulting in lost wages! He was never asked whose name was on the credit card. Representation: I was told that the inspector was independent and NOT an employee of Number One Auto. I'm not an insurance adjustor but surmise that this is a conflict of interest. Courtesy: I understand that unless my coverage included reassembly the car would not be reassembled. Yet, despite pouring rain, it would have been courtesy to put a tarp over the engine. Disparity in repair: Clearly there was significant oversight regarding repairs since the vehicle was totaled by the insurance company. Not to mention the volume of used and after market parts. Pressing the Agent and the Customer: A customer's decision to move their vehicle should not be subject to an explanation. The representative continuously asked the agent and me on a separate call why the vehicle was being moved. It is the

My daughter’s car was repaired here after it was hit on the side, and we’re very happy with the results. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the process. The technician did an excellent job , the car looks as good as new. We’re very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this shop to others.

Jocelyn & Kim were extremely helpful when I had to take in my car last minute. They were professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. This shop did an amazing job fixing the damages. The car looks brand new & good as it can get. They did such an amazing job & will be my go to shop for repairs from now on. Good customer service, they definitely know what they’re doing!
